Bottle poured a clear golden yellow with a white head leaving behind brussels lace. Aromas of carmel, bread and a bit of citrus. Good crisp mouthfeel. Flavors of carmel and mildly bitter citrus. Not the best IPA Ive had, but better than their Ruination.

Lovely fruity hoppy aroma, refreshing, and uplifting. Orange, small frothy head. Nice full palate, smooth, but pleasant carbonation. Alas a slightly mashy crystalmalt-like taste, a little sticky. Citrussy hops dance around the back of the mouth, and finally the sticky resiny bitterness kicks in, to join the dots. That late finish is just pure resiny bitteness, a touch fruity, and very nice. A touch too acidic with some of the resins - I thought it was only English brewers who used fertilised female hops - as that’s what this reminds me of. Wayhay - we’re out of the trough.
Rerate: 355ml bottle (Porgu, Tallinn) (8-:4:7:4:15=3.8-)
Stunningly refresing aroma, even more uplifting than before, very perfumey on top of the above. Hazy orange, small sticky persistent tight head, lots of lacing. Just as refreshing in the mouth, no sticky crystal malts, so much zesty hops, mixed peel, so fruity - juicy sweetness. Drinkability very high. Alcohol totally covered. Damn, the last one was not a patch on this. This is simply delicious.

TwoSipDip (8948) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JAN 20, 2011
UPDATED: DEC 31, 2011 Bottle @ Old Chicago. Mildly hazy, slightly burnt orange appearance with a frothy off white head. Fairly piney hoppy nose with a bit of citrus and light malts. Piney hops hit mildly in the start and make a much more definite and bitter impression on the finish. Some notes of citrus in the flavor that is a touch darker in malts than many other IPAs. Bitter piney hoppy flavor lingers on the back of the tongue.

Thanks to mar for this one...WOW! Amazing. Rich gold color with a mostly white head. Aromas are full and delicious: citrus, pine and some malt. This beer is so well balanced...not overly malty on the finish but just so delicious and perfect. GREAT BEER!

Better than I remembered it. Spicey, malty, very, very hoppy. A terrific Left Coast IPA. HopHeads, gotta get you a bottle. Thanks to herbjones for the refresher. This beer rocks. The color of molten Gold. The aroma is very organic, very floral. The flavor is very spicy and floral with hops galore. This hophead delight has a dry, crisp, bitter finish. An excellent IPA. They should require a liscense in order to drink this beer. If you’re not a hophead, you need not apply.

Poured a deep amber/orange with a large frothy white head. Strong floral hoppy smell with hints of citris and malts. Smooth to drink. Bitterness after taste is almost done to perfection (not too much and not too less).

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2010 Bottled at The London/Joet Gathering Chez Chris_O. A copper coloured beer with a soapy white head. The aroma is pleasantly hoppy not too aggressive with orange and pink grapefruit notes. The taste is very nice with more hops and orange flavours. An easy drinking IPA. Score 3.7
