Thanks to mar for this one...WOW! Amazing. Rich gold color with a mostly white head. Aromas are full and delicious: citrus, pine and some malt. This beer is so well balanced...not overly malty on the finish but just so delicious and perfect. GREAT BEER!

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Better than I remembered it. Spicey, malty, very, very hoppy. A terrific Left Coast IPA. HopHeads, gotta get you a bottle. Thanks to herbjones for the refresher.
This beer rocks.
The color of molten Gold. The aroma is very organic, very floral. The flavor is very spicy and floral with hops galore. This hophead delight has a dry, crisp, bitter finish. An excellent IPA. They should require a liscense in order to drink this beer. If youíre not a hophead, you need not apply.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: DEC 31, 2011 Bottle @ Old Chicago. Mildly hazy, slightly burnt orange appearance with a frothy off white head. Fairly piney hoppy nose with a bit of citrus and light malts. Piney hops hit mildly in the start and make a much more definite and bitter impression on the finish. Some notes of citrus in the flavor that is a touch darker in malts than many other IPAs. Bitter piney hoppy flavor lingers on the back of the tongue.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
"as far as the regular (ie-not imperial) IPAs go, this is right up there as one of the best. Hoppier (slightly) than Marinís, with a slightly thinner but slicker mouthfeel. Aroma is near perfect, and itís cheaper than Marin, which only comes in 22ís."

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle as shown. Pours a light amber color with a little white head that last with nice lacing. The aroma is very hoppy with hints of wheat grass. The flavor was also hoppy but smooth and a great finish, reallly enjoyed this one.
