Pours with a nice creamy head white. A bit cloudy with a golden amber orange-ish hue. Grapefruit and apricot in the nose not overwhelming. Nicely balanced a bit of a harsh aftertaste though. Nice to drink. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This pours a semi-clear golden yellow color with a slight head. The aroma is bold with hops. The taste is bitter, dry, and perhaps one of the best IPA brews on the market. Outstanding and a must try!

Bottle. Only a faint aroma even poured into a glass. Light and citrusy up front, which fads to a nice bitter finish. Definitely a more citrusy IPA, lacking in malt balance. A good beer, but I really don’t understand the hype.

Reviewed from notes. Bottle poured into a Hair of the Dog tulip glass.

A - Pours hazy orange with a nice frothy pillow of one and a half finger tall white head leaving light rings of lacing down the glass.

S - Smells of pungent hops; most notably citric and pine; sweet caramel malt, and some fruity esters. Good overall balance of sweet and bitter.

T - Starts off with a nice punch of pungent citric hops slowly giving way to a mix of sweet caramel malt, pine, and some fruity esters. I like how no one flavors dominates the others, it makes it very easy to drink. The finish has some light hop bitterness, lingering for a short period of time. This is one easy drinking, enjoyable, IPA.

M - Medium body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Very smooth, crisp, feel with some lingering bitterness in the finish.

O - Pretty good. I could drink this regularly but when you compare it to some of the other offerings available locally it really comes up short. Still a good beer tho.

Very nice bitter yellow to orange beer with huge white head. Aroma of hops by resin. Clean yeast character. Good IPA.

On tap, pint at Smith Street Taps, Singapore. Citrus nose, light fragrance of citrus and pine. Pale amber when poured with a medium sized head which lasts and leaves some nice lacing. Lovely taste of grapefruit, malt. Hoppy and bitter - good balance. A nice West Coast IPA.

Une très belle bière avec plein d’agrumes dans l’arôme. Plein de corps, un peu comme une IPA impériale mais moins onctueux. Très bonne.

Classic West Coast IPA with sticky, off-white, stable, thick head and clear orange blonde colour. Malty nose with nice fruitiness, impressions of peach, honey, apple, caramel, all beautifully blended in a powerful, oily and resinous, peppery hoppiness. Soft malty onset with lively fruitiness, light caramel, quickly overcome by a wonderfully resinous, sticky, grassy, spicy hop bitterness, finishing very long and dry. Another great one.

Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. Golden coloured with warming rich pine and orange marmalade flavours followed by a bitter pine and grapefruit finish. Excellent!

nose: grainy, grapefriuty. lemon and pine a bit like cleaning product. also something far more complex, almost like berry chewing gum but u have to dig for it. palate: very dry and grainy at first, turning focused and lemony. bitter pine kick in the finish that just wont go away. there’s sweetness but it’s so out of the way u dont notice. overall impression of dryness and chalkiness. balance. nice!

12oz bottle from Wegman’s, West Seneca, NY. Pale amber with a ring of cream head; an immediate mango and pineapple aroma; a good depth of hooopy flavours, with tropical fruit, pine resin, and some herbal spice; before a long clean and pleasantly bitter finish. A classic West Coast IPA.
