Wow. This beer has a fantastic aroma and looks wonderful when you pour it. The taste has a lot of hops, but they are quite easy to take in. The pour has an orange color which is very nice to look at. The flavor is bitter but easy to drink. The aftertaste is one of the best. I’m glad I was able to find this.

Intensely hopped but not in a bad way, this is some heavy duty IPA right here-and I usually don’t like IPA. As a bonus the intensity of this brew puts you under enough for surgery after 1 or 2 12 ounce bottles. And as always, make sure it’s been kept refrigerated since it’s nice and unpasteurized.

Hops, hops, and more hops. Balanced perfectly with a coplex and deep body. Finishes with a nice bite.

Outstanding. I bought this case after people kept talking about it at work, and even though I’ve had one bottle before, I don’t remember it being this good. Superbly clear, hops on the nose from a mile away. Light/medium body with a caramel/floral palate. A perfect spring/summer offering to take in after mowing the lawn. This case will not last long and it won’t be the last one I buy.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber-orange color with a large off white head. Aroma is huge floral hops, grapefruit, orange, pine. Flavor is much the same hops, grapefruit, hints of orange, pine, apple. Palate is a crisp and medium bodied, lasting bitter finish. Beautiful is an understatement.

Lots of hops, but light and pleasant overall. Golden amber with a fluffy head and some nice lacing. The aroma is light and hoppy; someone mentioned grapefruit and I agree. Strong hop and citrus flavor, with a light satin finish.

The hazy peach to orange color is very clear through filtration I guess. Fabulous head retention. The nose is big and complex: lots of pine, complimented by orange sherbet, caramel malts, and pepper. It starts out with assertive grapefruity hops, but as this warms up floral and hops come through alone with silky smooth sweet malts. The alcohol is slightly noticeable, but it doesn’t interfere with the drinkability. This is pretty awesome.
