Nose of the beer contains rich floral and citrus aromas. In the glass is a vision of delightful opaque copper. Flavor starts with a touch of blonde grain. Then a large, long lasting, multidimensional voyage of hops with the best characteristic of flavor profiles they can impart. The beer is a hop loverís dream. This is the Cadillac of IPAs.

Great IPA - a standard and for a good reason. Hints of grass, citrus, and extremely hoppy and delicious on the tongue that lingers after the finish. Extremely drinkable too.

The smell is a lot of citrus and pine, slightly yeasty. This pours light orange/yellow with a white head. Tastes great, it starts and finishes with a consistently hoppy dryness. The flavors are typical; slightly hoppy, piney with citrus overtones (lemon). A solidly brewed IPA with an enjoyable consumption experience.

Smell is so great. Fruits galore oranges tangerines on the nose. Big white fluffy head tons of lacing taste is amazing with lots of juicy hops and an almost iced tea taste. Superb.

Great aroma when first poured. The distinct taste of good hops comes out and begins to make your palate salivate. Taste is smooth with a nice bitter finish. Love this beer!

My bottle is a month from the enjoy by date on the bottle neck. A nice blue smoke and a pale yellow pour into a hazy orange body. A full two-finger, white, medium-rocky, very dense and creamy head, it will last a while. The smell is amazing with great hops, yeasts and malt aromas fully developed, and rising out of my glass. The mouth gets an overload of flavor immediately. Its piney and cotton candy, bitter and sweet all at once. It goes down as smooth and creamy as it smells and leaves you with only a dry, slight lingering bitterness and the wanting of another sip. Its probably the best non-imperial IPA available. No home should be without a fresh six pack.

By far my 2nd favorite IPA (Ruination is my first). Great flavor and if I had to drink only one brand it would be Stone. This, Ruination, Arrogant Bastard and Levitation all are up high on any beer list I would make.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo, Coventry. Always wanted to try this and I finally got round to it! Beautiful aroma of tropical fruits, pine and peach. Appearance is a clear golden brown, with a light carbonation. Taste is well, wow! Initial hit of tropical fruit hoppiness and warm alcohol with a slight maltyness. Finish is bitter and long, really well balanced. Superb and well worth tracking down.

Oh you like Pine trees?? This IPA is the gold standard. Itís just perfect. Theres nothing here that an IPA lover would dislike. It has everything. Theres nothing else you can say about it. Resinous Pine, enamel melting, tones of tropical fruits just go apeshit as it warms up. Itís bitter as hell and you love it. This is a perfect IPA. Itís simple and delicious and I can and will drink this until Iím on the floor. Great stuff.

The holy grail of the class. There is a challenger noted earlier this evening but yet, this one remains my highest rated pure IPA. Wonderful concoction.
