Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks zvikar. Pours cloudy orange with light foam. Orange-citrus fun aroma, really bitter and equally fun taste, dry finish, light body, fair carbonation.
3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 BunnyHops (24) - Newark, Illinois, USA - JAN 30, 2012
Pours a nice golden honey color with a decent head that kept a thin layer of dense foam afloat through the entire glass. Slight sediment and crisp, with a bitter citrus grapefruit aftertaste and floral alcohol aroma. This is a good IPA for the intermediate IPA’er
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 Idiosynkrasie (138) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - JAN 30, 2012
355ml bottle. Cloudy dark orange with creamy frothy white head, superb lacing. Wonderful hop aroma, fresh and fruity, with citrus, grapefruit and orange. Taste is very hoppy, but not overpowered and good absorbed by the malt contingent. Would have expected a more grassy and peppery hop focusing, but this is so dangerously drinkable - I couldn’t resist if I had more at my disposal.

Pours a hazy orange with a thin white head. Very aromatic with notes of citrus, earthy hops, and some malty sweetness. Tastes very much the same with a medium amount of bitterness and a rather dry finish. One of my favorite IPA’s, very tasty and one that I most certainly will look forward to enjoying again. SLAINTE!

Tasted at the 2012 St. Louis Centennial Beer Festival from bottle into sampler glass. Poured a clear, light amber color with average off-white foam. Aromas and flavors true-to-style for American craft India Pale Ale. Very grapefruity, American profile. Malty, hoppy, fruity. Medium body with long-lasting citrusy and bitter aftertaste.

Great friggin’ beer! Tan and clear with a nice head and lace. Hoppy to the max, without being over the top or oily in smell or taste. Wonderfully hoppy while maintaining balance from the malts. One of the most drinkable IPAs in existence. At $3.80 a bomber it’s just plain fantastic in all aspects. I could drink this one all the time and not get tired of it.

Awesome pinecone hop aroma. Really fresh like an alpine forest. Not as bitter as i expected but great all the same. Pine, Grapefruit and Sherbet, soft mouthfeel, and a soft carbonation. I like smelling it as much as drinking it. I gotta get more of this for the fridge!!!
