Bottle from Tiffany’s, Kalamazoo. Copper colour, off-white head. Aroma of pine hops, grapefruit. Flavour of pine hops, grapefruit and citrus, with some malts. Fairly bitter and very dry. Good stuff.

Bottle. Poured amber with a white head that laced nicely. Aroma was a nice combination of grapefruit and earthy notes. The flavor had the same notes with the earthy notes taking more of a dominate position.

Bottle. Pour is lighter than most of its ilk, nice carbonation bubbles and small white head. Nose is grapefruit and a little straw and earthiness. Flavor is all grapefruit bitterness. Certainly a beer for hopheads (in which I would include myself), and well-made, but I find it really one-dimensional and not very interesting.

12 oz bottle from John’s - Beautiful copper color with a nice 1/2" creamy head. Tastes as good at it looks. This is what an IPA should be.

Incredibly smooth, I could easily drink two six packs and not blink an eye. One of my favorite beers, great on tap and by bottle. Bitter flavor and slight citrus finish. Great floral aroma. As it says on the bottle, this beer is liquid poetry. Try this beer!

Discount Liquor Milwaukee, WI. $9.49 6-pk. 11/09. As soon as you open the bottle you can smell the hops! Lemon aroma, very fresh, dry hopped. Perfectly balanced, a great malt backbone. This may be the best IPA I have ever tasted.

Pours orange with a white head. Aroma is grapefruit citrus and floral with more grass and earthy funk than most IPAs. Flavor is similar with more citrus and resin and a bit less grass and earth than I got on the aroma. Very light and dry on the palate. Not as amazing as I was expecting it might be, but still really nice.
