Has a mild hops taste with a slight grassiness underneath, As it warms, a grapefruity hops note becomes more noticable. Very nice lighter offering. Oddefellowe (35), Tampa, Florida, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 20, 2009 This is an extremely well thought out use of hops. Yes they are the main aroma of the beer with citrus and a slight pine to it. Yes most of the flavor comes from the bittering hops. But this is just a plain and simple enjoyable beer. Add to this the perfect amber color and head that comes up to a peak and it is no wonder why this ale is award winning gsmitty80 (638), Washington DC, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Nov 20, 2009 This beer was very thick with alot of flavors mingling together. There was some citrus and some yeast taste but overall it was just a hoptastic adventure. lithy (1650), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 16, 2009 Not a big fan of ambers but this is a nice lil brew. Until now it’s been a couple years since I had a Levitation but it is exactly as I remember it. Pours a nice cloudy medium brown, smells sweet and a bit nutty. Pretty robust flavor for something this weak, tastes good but the end is sort of bitter. Overall very drinkable, a prime brew to crack at 11am in january in the balmy San Diego winters. stobbe74 (700), Denmark
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 15, 2009 Bottle, 12 fl. oz. Pours a clear amber beer with a large offwhite head. The aroma is hops with grapefruit. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is bitter. Overall a really good beer. Ron (1011), Rochester, New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 14, 2009 Pours a dark copper with an off white head that holds nicely. A hoppy aroma is present. Really hoppy taste that is somewhat tingly to the mouth. Aftertaste is a little too bitter.
