drowland (1360), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Aug 15, 2009 12oz bottle into a pint glass. Pours clear red with a big white head with big bubbles that goes away fast. The aroma is a bit of cat pee hops mixed with earthy tea and malt. The flavor is dry and earthy hops mixed with malt which does come across like tea or tobacco a bit. A bit watery for the malt backing, but still pretty flavorful for the percentage. The palate is quite light and drinkable with nice carbonation. Arayaga2 (932), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 15, 2009 Deep honey colored with a tall tan head. Aroma of honey with lemony hops. Bitter and "brown" in taste with citrus and tannic tea taste. Perhaps a bit watery, but very easy to drink. $2.5/12oz vtafro (452), , New Jersey, USA Aug 12, 2009 Tap @ The Shepherd & The Knucklehead Pub. Amber pour looks like a lager. After praising stone on ruination, this is a let down. Hops do not show up at all to me, roasted and smokey malt is all i get off this. Eh! Beerman6686 (1263), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 12, 2009 This one poured an amber color with a an egg shell head. Aroma was slightly piney some citrus and malty as well. Flavor was a real nice mixture between flavorful hops and malts. Theres not many beers with this much great taste at such a low abv.
