COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This deep amber ale has rich & roasty malt flavors, a big hoppy character, citrus overtones (courtesy of the hops and our special brewers yeast) and modest alcohol.

Good ale; little light on the kick side at only 4.4%. Overall a lighter ale than I've come to expect from Stone. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Had on tap at Stone Liberty Station in San Diego. Pours a slightly hazy Amber with a thin off white head. Aroma is pine with some caramel. Dry. Clean finish. Very bitter. Nice beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a dark hazy amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma is malt, roasty, citrus, caramel and some hops. Taste is medium sweet, quite citrusy leading to a moderate hoppy finish. Not bad.

The color is a perfect deep brown like that of Dutch Chocolate. The flavor and palate are extrememly low on the malt end, which is due to the lower alcohol content, so this is not necessarily a beer for the heavy ale fans.

12 oz Bottle. Tasted on 11/19/14. Beer from Total Wine Lewisville, TX. Pours to a deep amber color with a tan head. Aroma was pine, earthy, slight hops. Taste was bitter that lingered & some malt & pine. Overall it was just to me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle bought from Bacchinalia, enjoyed in the comfort of my home. Ruddy brown, clear with a lot of carbonation and lacing. Light tan head. Aroma is earthy, caramel, hazelnut, honey and spruce. Bittersweet, hoppy and spicy initial taste fades to a light but sharp bitter. Caramel and grass notes in the finish. Gets better as it goes. Incredible stuff.

Light brown with an off-white head. Really great citrus hop and caramel aromas. Flavors are perfectly balanced on the palate with malty caramel sweetness going up against citrus hop bitterness. The balance is superb. Drinks easy with the sub-5% ABV. Great beer.

UPDATED: NOV 9, 2014 My favorite beers are those that are refreshing, go well with food, and I can drink a 6 pack without getting too bombed. Stone levitation hits the spot for an amber ale. Great beer with big flavor and beautiful color.

Red-copper, fairly clear, small off-white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma has plenty of malt with floral notes. Flavours of bread and sweet biscuit, some earth and pine, quite sweet, lifted by citric noted towards the end. The hops carry through to provide a surprisingly balanced bitter finish, alongside lasting burnt toffee notes. Really good.

Aroma is solid malts with some caramel and wet grass. The taste is sweet malts that flashes hints of citrus hops, the malt stays down thanks to the hops, and that is good in my opinion. Well, what do you know? A solid Amber that is quite pleasing to drink.
