An orange beer with a small disappearing off-white head. The aroma is of alcohol, peaches, and other fruits. The flavor has strong notes of peach, and the alcohol burns the mouth, but at the same time the mouthfeel is smooth, and the end dry. Nice one.

(Bottle 65 cl) Vintage 2005 - 11,26% ABV in this version. Beautiful deep amber, small off-white head. Pronounced alcoholic nose. Sweet caramel, very spicy with a pronounced bitterness - if not exactly suffocating. 170705

From tap. Pours hazy deep orange with a lacing white head. Aroma is dry breadish malty towards wet cardboard. Barley wine fruity too. Flavour is intense overripe fruity with a dry slight roasted malt base. Dense fruity and malty lingering finish with a solid dry and bitterhops flavour.

Bottle 66cl.
Unclear light to medium orange amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, caramel old malt, tobac, moderate alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, and a spicy - peppery maybe alcoholic finish on your lips. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Bottled. Dark orange colour, small white head. Aroma is alcohol, malts and strawish hops. Also has some caramel and sugar in it. Flavour is quite the same but is even sweeter than the aroma, and has some rye and burnt notes in it also.

Bottle, 11.26%. Quite malty aroma, some bonbon/caramel. Red amber colour. Very bonbony flavour and aftertaste, caramellized sugar, quite sweet. Nice, but a bit too bitter.
