On tap at brewery. Clear golden orange with a creamy off white head. Nice crisp lemon and candied Ginger aroma and taste and an earthy grainy caramel finish with a nice creamy palate. Really very nicely done.

On tap at Urge in RB/Poway. Deep orange with off white head and lotsa lace. Nose is light sweet malty with just a hint of ginger. Taste is big strong roasty pale ale immediately, to mango sweet in the middle. Roasty sharp in the end. Big flavor. Nice.

Tap @ Stone O’Side. Pours clear amber with a froth of white foam. Aroma is ginger with underlying hop bitterness, minimal pine, and a clean malt backbone. Taste is ginger from start to finish with the bitter hops and pine from the base beer mixing well with the ginger. The ginger seems to slightly heighten the hop bitterness. Clean mouthfeel. As advertised it’s a pale ale with ginger. Well done.
