Stone Pale Ale

12 oz. bottle from The Party Source. Pours a slightly cloudy red amber with a medium off-white head that leaves some moderate lacing behind. Aroma of hops, citrus, malts, and floral notes. Balanced flavor- hops, malts, caramel, light citrus, and tea leaves. Smooth, light-bodied, and very easy to drink. Good pale ale but not ’wow’.

My go-to everyday beer. Perfectly balanced hops and complex aromas. The color is classic with a nice reddish hue. A mouthful of balanced flavor and just fizzy enough. British pale ale style with a California flare. I don’t know if a quaffer can get better than this.

Cloudy brown with a perfect white head. Slight citrus aroma, with a subtle caramel sweetness. Moderately rich, great malt flavors permeate this beer and balance the flowery hops. My new favorite pale? You bet!

Pours reddish amber with a small white head that diminishes quickly. Taste is caramel, citrus fruit, and a bit of smoke. Aroma is the same. Smooth, soft palate with medium carbonation. Drinkable and enjoyable.

Standard pale ale. Slightly disappointed as I know Stone has some very good beers. Very typical of the style - lightly flavorful and pleasant.

Pours a deep amber that is a little hazy.Aroma is of floral hops with citrus.Taste is a full favor of hops with a good citrus and a little malts.Aftertaste is a little bitter.Overall if you like hopy beers you should try this.

(Bottled) Poured amber and hazy. The head was medium sized and white. Clear aroma of hops and fruitiness and malts, too. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours in beer were malts, hops, fruitiness, lightly molasses and surprisingly low bitterness. Aftertaste consisted of fruitiness and bitterness.

22oz bottle. Poured a deep amber color with a frothy head that left good lacing. Aroma of doughy malt and floral hops. Taste is hops, light malt, with hints of caramel and citrus. A nice pale ale thats just a bit dialed down for a Stone.
