BeerBlockaid (538), Jacksonville, Florida, USA Jan 4, 2009 Another score from Stone at Total Wine. I have one more from this brewer to try. Pours decent light brown, orange, with amber highlights. Nice burnt malts and pine like hop flavour. Pretty clean for infusing some roasted textures. Finish with a earthy-citrus note. Nice nice. pumpmaster (473), Pembroke Pines, Florida, USA Jan 3, 2009 12 ounce bottle purchased at Big C Liquors Orlando, FL for approx. $2.50 Excellent. BustedFlat (552), Edina, Minnesota, USA Jan 3, 2009 Poured cloudy orange brown. Light pine hop aroma. Taste was light and sweet with some grassy hops and some bitterness. branspra (204), Arlington, Virginia, USA Dec 30, 2008 Bottle. Pours a nice amber color with a medium, white head. Lacing is extremely excellent. Aromas of hops, citrus, and a touch of malts. Creamy start with an oily finish, fantastic throughout. Tastes of hops with more hops. brewski519 (395), Morrisville, North Carolina, USA Dec 30, 2008 Pours a nice amber color with a decent creamy head. Aroma of hops, malt, pine and citrus. Taste of hops is pretty strong (like all Stone brews) along with orange, grapefruit, and pine. Nice finish with perfect carbonation. Another solid brew by Stone Brewing. fattibobatti (246), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Dec 28, 2008 more of an ipa than a pale ale which is why it scores so high with me. hops and malt are both in plenty. aroma is sweet and finishs with lots of hops. jkaiser (218), Orlando, Florida, USA Dec 24, 2008 Not a bad pale ale. Just not my cup of beer. All the ingreidents are here that make it better than Smuttynose Shoals Pale Ale. Enjoy but know there are others to try. JMFG (1514), Florida, USA Dec 20, 2008 On tap. Clear amber color, thin white head. Mild hop character, earthy hops, light malt aroma in the background. Pretty bland taste hopwise, but achieves a decent balance overall.
