Bottle. Pours hazy golden amber with a small white head and lace. Nose shows some light hop character, fruit, caramel malt. Nose is good and slightly hoppy with a slight bitterness. Very easy to drink. I’ve had this once before but was a few years ago when I was drinking Stone IPA constantly and felt this to be rather bland compared to the IPA. But its just a different beer.

Nothing wrong with this one, it’s just a little too simple for my taste. A bit of peach and apple combine with an ever so slight hop bitterness that really isn’t very bitter at all. If that makes sense.

Pour was medium golden with a fluffy white head. Aroma was malty with some medium hop character. Flavor was a bit more fresh hops, pine, and malt. Had a smooth mouthfeel and was an easy drink. Good brew.

Dark, dark amber with a 1 inch head that settles to a thin film. Aroma is weak. Flavor is pretty smooth, clean, a little creamy, slightly hoppy. Character is lively. The brew is medium full and refreshing without being too heavy. The finish is malty and biter and has a lot of bite.

Smells great, lots of light fruity, flowery aroma. Pours a copper/amber with a bubbly head. Taste reminds me a lot of Sierra Nevada’s brew. Lots of light fruit, citrus, apricot, some peach. Lots of malt, only a bit of hops. Very good stuff here.

Not impressed with this one at all. As far as a pale ale goes... I can’t realy taste the hops in it. Too rich a maltiness for a pale ale. It’s not even pale... it’s copper.

Poured with a nice frothy, textured head and lots of lace. Nice amber color. Mild hop with some malt nose. Hop flavor is remarkably muted. Not bad, but nothing special. A surprise. Was expecting a lot more from the Stone. Balanced, clean pleasant finish.

Bottle. Pours a bright orangish amber color with a decent off white head. Aroma of malt, spice and light hops.Taste is sweet, earthy with tyhe flavors of malt hops, spices and light fruit (peaches). Extremely smooth and very delightful to drink. An exceptional pale ale.
