Mild toasted caramel and hop aroma with slight metal. Toasted toffee and fruit sweetness with mild underlying bitterness and clean finish. Medium body and carbo. Pleasant floral hop aroma and flavor perfectly balanced with biscuity, caramel malt. Good pale ale, very good.

Palate has a medium body easy to drink. Taste has a good balance between the hops and malts and matains a slight sweetness against a hop edge. specksnreds (55), USA Aug 17, 2008 Bottle poured a clear copper color. Beautiful. Lacey head, not too carbonated. Little malt in the nose and little hoppiness. Feels full in the mouth. Nice malt up-front and a little bitter in the finish. Cedar caramel nose. Dry cedar finish.
