Bottle poured a clear copper color. Beautiful. Lacey head, not too carbonated. Little malt in the nose and little hoppiness. Feels full in the mouth. Nice malt up-front and a little bitter in the finish. Very good beer.

Bottle. Thanks, Guido! Pours lightly hazy amber with a fluffy off-white head. Bittersweet taste of caramel, citrus, earth. Cedar caramel nose. Dry cedar finish.

20oz draft at the Sierra Grille in Northampton. Sierra Grille has good food and a superb draft and bottle list. (The service sucked tho. They hurried us out because we spend under 40 bucks on dinner. The server took my girlfriends plate when she was still eating and had a mouthfull of food!) This was great with food as the flavors were not overpowering. The tasty hops were very present and balanced the sweet nutty malt. Not bad at all.

Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in McKinney, TX. Pours a clear deep amber with nice beige head. Aroma of malt with some grapfruit/pine notes, not over powering. Flavor is malty with a nice hoppy kick. Medium carbonation, medium body. Over all, an easy drinker that is very good.

This pale ale is delicious and refreshing. It is subtle without a burst of flavor of hops, just as a pale ale should be. It has a beautiful, bright amber color and the bottles/labels are awesome.

Cask at GBBF 08. Dark amber with a very perfumy, floral and fruity aroma. Solid malt supports the whole edifice, allowing the hops flavours to dance on the top. An excellent beer.
