4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
The body has a medium reddish/orange amber color with a slight haze and a nice one inch cap of just off white foam. The head slowly fades to a light ring and leaves a few lace rings at the top of the glass. In the nose I pick up a little bready and caramel sweetness with a firm dose of floral like citrus and piney hops. On the tongue there is solid base of rich caramel and bready sweetness with mild hop bitterness running thought it. It finishes much more balanced with a burst of citrus and pine like flavor fading into the background. This pale is moderately carbonated, smooth and easy drinking.

12 oz bottle consumed on BB date.
Pours clear, dark amber, with a moderate amount of carbonation bubbles rising to a durable,bone-colored head.
Aroma: some malt, more floral/herbal hops.
Flavor: follows smell. More medium malt, and perhaps more hops, than the average APA.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from Saveur-Biere.com - Color: clear amber beer with medium carbonation and medium heavy white foam. Smell: nice domination of grass and resin notes. Caramel presence. Really nice bouquet on nose. Taste: nice density on mouth with caramel and high hoppy taste. Notes of high aromatic hops and with small resin taste. Aftertaste: nice and high sweet bitterness. Good beer and really nice but maybe too bitterness for a pale ale.
