Drank straight from the bottle at a party so canít comment on the color, but aroma was a nice mixture of hops and malts. Taste was basically the same with the hops coming through enough to make is a very nice tasting pale ale. Will be buying again.

Pours hazy orange amber with a slightly off-white foamy head. Mine had white yeast sediment swimming in its depths as well. Not an appealing pour. Aroma is grass with a touch of sweet citrus hops and some caramel malt. Taste is mild in terms of flavor and very dry. Some slightly sweet malt with notes of grapefruit on the hop side. Bitter finish and aftertaste. Very bitter cold - the flavors mellow and deepen with some with warming. A unique APA but I prefer Dale's.

Aroma of malt with fruit notes also present.. Pours an clear orange-amber with a white ring and no lacing. The taste is malt forward with some hop bitterness in the finish. Medium body and mouthfeel. Overall, a enjoyabl beer pale ale or amber?? Definitely a sesssionable brew..

Bottle from Bier Huis, Ossett. Had this straight from the fridge. My mistake. All the aroma and taste came through once it had got nearer room temperature. Nice beer.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. Blind buy. Smells like a pale ale, looks like an amber. Itís a little more bitter than Iíd like, but the aroma keeps talking to me in the glass, and it leaves me with a mixed impression that starts out rough but ends up mostly good.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Alko Arkadia. Beautiful deep amber clear beer with dissapearing white head. Sweetish malty and fruity hoppy aroma, anise. Flavour follows pretty much the aroma. Quite tasty for the ABV. Oily mouthfeel. Would definitely buy again.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Stone Pale Ale pours a dark amber color with a white head. Rich malty aroma with unique notes of clove, cinnamon, and candied orange. Nice medium to lighter body which is surprising based on the aroma and color. A balanced spice and malt presence throughout, very unique for the style.

Currently drinking whilst typing. Lovely aroma of malty caramel sweetness with a nice citrusy pine hop note. Looks beautiful too, a rich amber body with a fluffy white head that leaves good lacing. Tastes of sweet caramels and a rich malty backbone highlighted by a crisp yet mellow hop note with gentle and clean bitterness. Full mouthfeel with decent body and smooth easy going carbonation. Overall, this is a solid beer; a seriously good session beer with a refreshing and clean feel that doesn't get tiresome. Great stuff!
