3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz bottle (drank in bottle as well). Aroma was very toasty and slight notes of caramel. The taste was very light with hops and very balanced out with malt flavors. It was dry on the palate and a little bitter-- nothing REALLY crazy good about it but very nice with meals. I would buy this one again.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Gentle aroma, white head. Beautiful color to the body, especially for a pale ale. Good, complex flavour that satisfed me until the end of the bottle! Most importantly, I wanted another! This is a great, smooth, drinkable beer - don’t let it get warm, though, or you’ll lose some of the flavor. Keep it cold, and enjoy!

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
12 oz bottle pouring a copper amber with 2 fingers of head. Not very pale! Aroma is malty and piney, some citrus notes, and slightly boozy. A very hoppy beer. Tastes is citrusy with a very strong malt backbone. Very well balanced. Tastes like a beer with alot more alcohol. Very filling too. This beer rules and I buy it all the time.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz bottle. Copper with diminishing head. Bread and malt on the nose, sweet. Medium to full body consisting of malt and bready sweetness. Lacking a balanced hop character. Have another? Maybe next year.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Attractive red amber beer with lasting fine head. Caramel malt aroma with a mild hint of yeast. Hops are mild and very slightly citrusy. Lighter than expected body but still just sufficient maltiness to maintain a decent range. Moderate finish. A good but not an exceptional beer.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Almost like a milder version of thier IPA, this beer is easier to find the malt flavor in because of the toned down hops. I like my pales a little thinner, (more like the Sierra Nevada), but this is a great runner-up, and easy to drink, one after the other.
