3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
I only rate this one low for me because I’m not a huge pale ale fan. Pours a deep Amber red with a light head. Definitely smell the malts before you dive in to this brew. Taste wise is very roasty very toasty. Great caramel flavor with a slight bitterness to cleanse the palate. And a superb smooth finish. Great pale.

Keg @Cimmeria, Oviedo. 04-03-2016.
In short: buttery viscous pale ale.
Pours little hazy deep gold-orange, with frothy white head. Moderate head retention, good lacing. Buttery, bready, ripe fruit nose. Medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture. Taste is some sweet, fruity, peachy, still malty, biscuits, buttery. Enjoyable.

This pale ale tasted more like a red to me. I found it kind of boring and forgettable. On tap at she Talent Club.

In a bottle. Kind of watery. Not much going on. It’s like a very plain beer, but a little maltier and a hoppy aftertaste.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Cigarette City, Seabrook, NH. Aroma is weak and fairly nondeScript--light fruit/mild bread? Appearance is clear orange/amber with nice sparkle, finger-width off-white head with good persistence and fair lacing. Taste is light malty sweetness with late mild bitter. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thick, frothy texture/carbonation and mild bitter finish. Overall, gorgeous appearance but the rest is pretty pedestrian/forgettable.

Amber with an average white beige head. Sweet malt and enough evergreen hops to give it just the right kick.
