COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
RUINING PALATES SINCE 2002
In June 2012, we celebrated the 10th birthday of our notoriously mega-hopped double IPA, Stone Ruination IPA, with the release of a very special version that was even bigger and, incredibly, even hoppier than the original. If Stone Ruination IPA is “A Liquid Poem to the Glory of the Hop,” then Stone Ruination Tenth Anniversary IPA was an amped-up heavy metal version of that ode delivered with the force of a sledgehammer. Luckily for us, our fans love loud and aggressive brews, specifically when copious amounts of humulus lupulus are involved. The original release of this beer was so instantly beloved by those who dared try it

Pours a hazy amber with a small white head that dissipates to a lacing ring. Aroma of oranges, dank hops and sweet malt. Taste is teeth crushing punch you in the face bitter tropical and pine hops! Hop juice and sweet malt taste also comes into play. Yes, just what the doctor ordered.

Bomber, 2014 release. Strong pine resiny hop aroma with notes of citrus. Pours a dark golden color with a decent off-white head and moderate lacing. Huge, piney hop flavors with hints of grapefruit citrus and acidity. Finishes extremely dry with a huge amount hoppy bitterness. Delicious, palate wrecking goodness.

Grapefruit on the nose with some caramel. Tastes of a mix of hops, caramel, toffee, grapefruit, lemon, and piney resinous tones. Great balance with a huge rocking hop blast without over dryness. Clean finish with a nice malt balance.

Its a perfect brew. It is like hop juice straight off the vine. It is better than an Enjoy By in my opinion, and I could not be happier having this, my 22nd different Stone brew in my collection!

22oz bomber. Pours dark amber. Nose is full of citrus and pine hops. Very dry, hoppy on the palate. Finishes with a nice bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber from Binny’s. Pours a cloudy golden color with an off white head leaving moderate lacing. Aroma of citrus big time. Such a well balanced flavor for the amount of hops used in this beer, the hops jumps out first with some nice grapefruit notes, some spice in the middle and finished incredibly smooth with a malty tone.

Huge hops -- grapefruit, lemon soap, apricot, stone fruit, and a burst of alcohol that shows through the hops at the commencement of the long finish. Sweetens and lightens, in a good way, from the bitterness of the first sip.

Draft at Good Dog. Deep orange amber pour that started with thick layer of tiny white bubbles. Lots of lace. Complex mix of earthy, floral and citrus hops with a clean thick dark toffee malt background. Rich dark amber fruit. Apricot pits. Tangerine peels. Autumn leaves. Figs. Purple passionfruit. Kiwi fuzz. Celery hearts. Mango skin. Clear candy toys. Spicy chocolate caramels. Big hop flavors perfectly balanced (and not overshadowed) by smooth medium-dark caramel malts. Tremendous palate. Impressively well constructed. Pretty much as good as Imperial IPAs get!

This was an amazing IPA, so many tropical notes fro pineapple to grapefruit on top of piny resin, loads of citrus as well with a not so bitter finish from the amount of hops that are present
