Holy moly this is even better, like no other IPA I have ever tasted. The hints of melon and floral pine bouquet produce a concoction that is as palate-pleasuring as imaginable. I view this as near perfection in a glass. I’m elated that i found this on tap at one place in my city.

Was stoked to finally find this at the gargantuan Specs liquor store in Houston. Pours golden orange, transparent, some carbonation bubbles. Medium sized creamy soapy white head that leaves a lot of lacing. Fruity, piney hops and resin on the nose. Long, seriously bitter finish -- like 30 seconds long! An amazingly delicious double IPA from those cantankerously creative, arrogant, but honest, Stoners. I wish I could drink this everyday. $14/six pack. adavis234 (133), Columbia, South Carolina, USA

| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 13, 2008 22oz bottle poured into glass. Small off white head, on top of a perfect golden color ale. Smell of the glorious hop as the bottle describes, however you can still pick up a hint of the malts. Love the flavor, having trouble sitting here on the computer rating it as I am enjoying it way too much. Very full body. Overall one of the best IPA’s I have ever had, would recommend it to anyone and everyone. arondee (176), Tucson, Arizona, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Oct 10, 2008 Very drinkable. Not "bracingly bitter" as the name states but it certainly is more bitter than some may like. Very little head, it’s got a great citrus, floral smell. Really well-balanced IPA, one of the better one’s I’ve ever had. djd07 (733), Houston, Texas, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Oct 10, 2008 Bottle as shown. Pours a clear orange golden color with a small frothy white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is a strong citrus and floral hops. The taste is very hoppy with pine and a bitter finish. Hides the alcohol, a very good double IPA from Stone. kidmartinek (975), austin, Texas, USA
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Oct 8, 2008 Pours pale golden with a very large dense foam head. Exhibits great bubbling and carbonation characteristics. Good intricate ring lacing. Aroma of resinous hops and citrus with a malty character. Taste is mellow, medium dry, piny, resinous hoppy, with a clean incredible bitterness on the finish. Despite the flavor the beer remains remarkabley drinkable and enjoyable. Why aren’t you enjoying one of these right now?
