Tap at Brewdog Manchester (4-1-2015).
Clear golden colour with aroma of citrus and grapefruit from the hops. Bitter taste, with grapefruit and citrus again. You don’t taste the IBU’s anymore after some sips.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle in Brewdog Nottingham.
A favourite of mine! On the nose, Lemon, grapefruit, orange, clove? Sweet malts on the taste with serious hoppiness, flavours much the same as the aroma.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Aroma is clove, lemon grass, grapefruit, passionfruit and light crystal malts. Taste is a nice sweet malt body with light roastiness. Taste transitions to a full hop body with flavors similar to the aroma. For over 100 ibus, finishes surprisingly smooth. Appearance is a clear orange/gold with a medium pearl head that retains very well.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
It is a great beer. Orange, pine aroma and flavor. It has a more deep piney than citric character. Well attenuated, dry.

3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 11/20
Great golden clear color with thin white lace head. hop smell, but mild by DIPA standards. Strong acidic taste that hits right away and lingers. Not one of my favorite flavors.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Color is orangeish golden with nice white head. Aroma is slightly dank, citrus and some pine. Taste is smooth with pine and grapefruit. This beer is much mellower than it used to be. Or beers have just gotten more ballsier. Stiil very good. Solid.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 20/20
So called because of the immediate ruinous effect on your palate. 100+ IBUs. Bracingly bitter. Thick, pungent hop aroma. We would say that no hops were injured in the brewing of this beer, but that would be a massive lie. In fact, the words "Stone Ruination IPA" are what older hop vines use to cause little hop vines to quiver with fright and lose sleep at night . We at Stone honor the brutal massacre of countless hops with this "Liquid poem to the glory of the hop!" Paganism at its best!

12 oz bottle. It pours a hazy pale golden color with a small white head. It has the aroma of pine and grapefruit from hops. It is bitter and dry and tastes like lemon zest, grapefruit, resin and pine. Good beer.
