COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
So called because of the immediate ruinous effect on your palate. 100+ IBUs. Bracingly bitter. Thick, pungent hop aroma. We would say that no hops were injured in the brewing of this beer, but that would be a massive lie. In fact, the words "Stone Ruination IPA" are what older hop vines use to cause little hop vines to quiver with fright and lose sleep at night . We at Stone honor the brutal massacre of countless hops with this "Liquid poem to the glory of the hop!" Paganism at its best!

Believe it! Pours amber, with a big foamy head that leaves wonderful lacing. Evenly carbonated. You've read it before, and it is true: grapefruit and hop aroma. The taste is sweet, hoppy, malty, and bitter all at once, with a bitter finish that lasts, while your mouth just waters for the next sip! There is an undertone of pine that is really pleasant as well. Watch out- the alcohol is not apparent, but it is in there.

22oz bottle. Clear, golden and copper tint. decent amount of white head. Full, dry hop aroma. Big alcohol surypy thick malty and way to much going on for me in the hop department. I need to try again to re rate I am sure

Will have to rate this one again when I can get a fresh sample. This was a few months past prime in my opinion but still boasts quite the backbone.

Get Stoned! Wow!! This double IPA does not disappoint. The kick of a double, but the balance of a Stone. Another Elite brew from an Elite brewery!! MKH---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

22oz bottle, poured into a shaker (I didn’t have a snifter at the time). Great amber/golden color with huge 3 finger white head with unreal lacing. Taste is glorious piney hoppy perfection. In my top 5 for a hophead’s dream beer,

Poured from a 650ml bottle... Appearance: Beautifully hazy golden orange hue with a fluffy / creamy 1 finger head. The glass is white-walled with lacing. Smell: My lord, never have I smelled so much hop deliciousness from a beer before. This smell excites with an actual hop ’sweetness’!! Taste: The taste of a sweet hop essence so smooth and delectable that I can honestly say it’s the closest to draft I’ve ever had from a bottle. Just amazing. Mouthfeel: Creamy, smooth, hoppy, happy, and just downright filled with the love of brewing. This beer makes a ! and it indicates appreciation for the fine art of brewing. Overall: The best IPA I’ve ever had. Hands down. Even if your not a hophead. JUST DO IT! Prosit!!!!

Dark yellow, with good white head. Cloying sweetness, overwhelming hop domination. Strong alcohol notes. You just have to say, wow!

A Singular, bold, orgy of hoppy goodness. Effervescent hops define this beer from aroma and flavor to its long lasting impression.

Be prepared for an in-your-face hoppy, hoppy IPA. This is a beer to be savored. With a hazy appearance and strong nose, this brew will not go quietly into the night....
