COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Stone & Wood Pale Lager has a sparkling light colour, and a flavour that strikes a fine balance between its subtle hop aroma and full malt palate with a soft clean finish.

Bottle. Not a bad pale lager, better than your mainstream big brewery lagers. This beer would be vey refreshing after a hard days work.

Pale yellow gold & clear. Thin white head, fades. Very ordinary like a dry beer, the tide went out and took everything with it. Over priced standard lager.

Thylacine (526) - Tasmania, AUSTRALIA - FEB 3, 2010
Bottle - Sickly pale gold colour. Very thin white head. High carbonation. Thin body. Watery taste. There are mass produced lagers better than this. High in gas and bland in taste Makes this lager one big waste

Bottle. Clear pale gold body with an averaged sized white head. Aroma:taste of herbal/floral hops, bread with a soda water dry finish. Light bodied.

Pours a clear, pale golden colour with a white foam head. Has a lightly bitter taste with a thin feel. Only average carbonation, leaves a bitter after taste. By the books pale lager.

Another weak and listless beer from Stone and Wood. Lacks any flavour or vigour, bit like drinking soda water.

mattyhennessy (371) - Highton, AUSTRALIA - MAY 26, 2014
I gather this lager was created for the draught drinkers of Australia who are looking to break into craft beer. Pours as a standard lager. Golden yellow with a small white head. Light malt sweetness on the backbone. Lager yeast aroma and not much else

Jessop (207) - AUSTRALIA - FEB 26, 2011
After a fizzing pop the beer pours lovely and golden with a loosly packed white foam. Strong yeasty and unpleasent alcoholic aromas dominate. The beer is lightly bodied and slightly watery. Its flavour is sweet and theres really not much else. This lager certainly lacks imagination.
