COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
B rewed at OG 1042 and ABV 4.3%. A crisp clean, refreshing bitter, deep amber in colour, well balanced with a fruity blackcurrant nose. Bitter flavour. Our brewer’s recipe, which proves he certainly deserved his Brewer’s Certificate.

Amber color. Good round caramel brew, with a cookie touch (but also a very light apple note that is out of place). Good.

Reddish brown to orange coloured beer with a weak white head. A light fruity nose, wioth some hop, plus a faint nutty, malty aroma. Bitter taste, a caramel, nutty, malty flavour. some fruity hop flavours as well, that gives the finish a slightly dry, vinous taste. (Cask - The Fox & Hounds Summer Beer Festival 2007, Heacham, Norfolk).

Cask conditinoed @ South Western Arms, Soton. Fruity grassy hops to start, malty in the mouth. A bit flat and heavy in the mouth - hops seem to fizzle out after the initial flavour.
