2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cask at Arnold Machin (JDW), Newcastle under Lyme. Pours lime green with white head. If it was golden it would be a standard golden bitter. Instead itís a standard green bitter! Quite bitter session ale, itís OK but itís a novelty beer.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Cask in Turnerís Mill, Redcar. Quite a repulsive green colour with a thin white head. Some bitter citrus flavour, but not a lot. Not unpleasant and refreshing enough, but really this is a novelty.

It feels like st Patricks day again. I can't quite get over it. Please don't make my beer green unless it's made of grass. It's quite off-putting

Cask at Haymarket. Unusual colour, wasnít expecting is. Clear light green, thin white head. Aromas are herbal, cereal. Taste has a bitter-salad bitterness. Maybe cucumber skin, or rocket. Then a bit thin finish. Interesting.

Nose - fresh salad and citrus.
Taste - endive and other bitter leaves.
Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish.
Overall - interesting and not a bad beer. Refreshing.

Cask at cornubia
Spring green! Used to love this beer now a tad dull. Slight acetaldehyde gren apple plus grassy cereal nose. Bland cereal malt body, abrupt finish. Its ok but a third is plenty.
