Cask at the lovely Railway View, Macclesfield. New discovery for me this pub, I like it. And saw United win, always nice. Pale gold with a load of floaty bits. Some hops in flavour and aroma, bitter hop finish. What a surprise, average same old same from Storm. Grow a pair son.

Cask (handpump) at the Great British Beer Festival, August 2009. Clean and gold. Plenty of citrus. Not a lot else to say. Solid and drinkable but not particularly distinctive. Seemed to have a dab of wheat character. A middle of the road summery blond.

Bottle. This was past its sell by date and bought quite cheaply. Surprisingly it was quite fresh although slightly cloudy that always puts me off. Some bitterness which lingered for some time.Quite a pleasant, balanced taste and well bottled. Considering I bought it cheaply there can be no mistakes.
