courtesy of Toni Flükiger - pitch black beer under a solid and long lasting creamy beige head; roasted coffeish aroma with fair notes of vanilla, hints of maple sirup; full-bodied, creamy palate, some sweetness thick and with a fair bitterness; pretty dry finish with notes of nuts, roasted malts, chocolate and vanilla - yummy !
