3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
500ml bottle provided by djoeye. Creamy white head over a yellow-gold coloured body with a slight haze. Smell of grain, dusty hops and wheat. Gently hopped taste profile, mild fruit, noble hops, and wheat. Smooth bitterness to the ending. Soft in the mouth. Quite taste brew, easy to like (shared with Finn, 16.07.2014).

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from beerhunter111, many thanks: Hazy straw yellow color, creamy white head. Aroma with nice and fruity hop notes. Hints of citrus, oranges, grapefruit, flowers. Flavor is light malty, a bit sweet, hoppy with again citrus notes and a bit resin. Good.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Delicate aroma of hops and citrus. It’s clear, very bright yellow, with nice head. In taste it has very pleasant bitterness which is moderated by sweetness with mango taste. It’s so refreshing!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
This beer uses 4 types of malts (Münchner, Distilling, Pilsener and Weizen), which gives it a straw yellow colour and a medium cloudy body. There is a bouquet of hops aroma, as it has been cold-hopped with a variety of hops (Tradition, Perle, Cascade, Amarillo and Citra). The aroma reminded us of fresh grass, a little citrus/grapefruity but also slightly bready. The taste is thin, there’s some prickly carbonation and a slightly sour, mildly flowery citrus taste which ends bitter, clean and warming. Plenty more bite and character than I expected.

Flaske 500ml anskaffet av djoeye. Delt med Rune på Nerstranda 16 Jul 14. Gyldengulbrun. Pent kritthvitt skum som etterlater litt lacing. Svakt uklar. God fruktaroma. Smaken fruktig med antydning til mandler. Avslutter litt tørt.

3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
courtesy of bartlebier, thank you. piney, grassy aroma with an algae and metallic edge. Tastes is crisp, clean, nice, hints of melon, citrus, pines, towards the end a bit too watery, with a lingering bitterness at the finish. Mouthfeel is too foamy.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours clean golden with a medium head. Aroma of malt and citrus hops. In taste maltiness and fruits from hops. Aftertaste is bitter, carbonation is high. It is more very hoppy American pilsner than ale but nevertheless it is still a good beer.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Quite interesting. It’s not really an APA, but more of a pilsener hell APA (it has that grassy and crisp character that you can usually find in pilseners/hells, but with the citrussy twist of a pale ale). Reduced biterness (for this style), medium sweetness. Overall, refreshing and nicely balanced beer, excellent for hot summer days.
