Note: Don’t confuse it with Bernstein-Weizen Bio!

It’s unclear, warm golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has a lot of banana notes and some sweetness and clove. The flavour has sweetness and strong notes of banana and less strong notes of clove, other fruits, wheat and it ends with notes of caramel and clove. If you (like I do) love banana in your wheat, try this one!

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Banana estery fruit aroma, clean. Light yeasty and wheaty mellow mouthfeel and initial flavour. Has a lot of banana esters on the back of the nose. Lingering sweet and fruity finish. A bit too banana fruity for my liking.

bottle, milky cloudy light orange color, thick and mostly lasting head..fragrance is subtle herbs, very little banana and more evident clove..inital mouthfeel is herbal again, a litte spice going over to a more sweettish impression and finishing with a delicat bitterness, which kind of saves the beer. Overall I find aroma and flavor a bit muted. Yeasty flavor are under controll but it just lacks freshness. A little less malt flavor and more pronounced fermentation byproducts would do this beer good. A bit better then average.
