COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pours clear red brown with small tanned head. Aroma of caramel and burnt malt. Taste is extremly sweet with some caramel. No finish at all. This was like expected - not so good.

(Bottle) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with dark bread, roasted grain, nuts, caramel and brown sugar. Malty taste with notes of dark bread, caramel, raisins, a touch of chocolate and coffee, hints of brown sugar and syrup in a finish with a fairly low bitterness. Medium body, quite sweet. Decent, but probably a touch too sweet.

Vasken fikk brorparten.

Flaska från bryggeriet@Stralsund. Brun vätska. Choklad, kaffe och rostade nötter i doften. Honungssötma utan beska i smak. Mycket tunn munkänsla, obalanserad.

500cl bottle, at home @10°C How can a brewery creating the amazin Atlantik-Ale or Stark-Bier create such an awful beer! The head is robust, the body black with a hint of brown. The beer smells like caramel. The taste is caramel, sugar, caramel-bitter, a bit roasty In the aftertaste flat caramel-sugar. The combination of the strong, roasty sweetness lacking any bitterness is completely unbalanced and very disappointing. Glad I only bought one bottle.

Toasted, roasted caramel and boiled veggie notes on the nose. Misty mahogany body with a dense fingerthick cappucino colored head. Sugary chocolate caramel sweet with notes of Turkish coffee. Medium body. Light sticky.

Pours hazy, dark amber. Very small tan head. Aroma is weird---the most prominent note is similar to grape soda. Flavor is sweet, almost like unfermented Scandinavian malt drinks. Medium body. Wow. This is the worst porter I’ve ever had. Pretty nearly undrinkable.

Pours dark, with carbonation rather like coca-cola. Head dissipates quickly, leaving a thin, large-bubbled lace. Very cloudy. Smells like grape kool-aid, with a hint of something else. Taste is first burnt, then coffee, then a sort of sickly-sweet amalgamation of those two with grape kool-aid. Palate is incredibly sweet, and also watery.
