Untergäriges Kellerbier. Naturbelassen, ohne Filtration. Bio-zertifiziert. 11.1°

Bottle. Light golden, hazy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty and lightly sweetish aroma, faint sourness and light - some metal with faint hoppyness. Body is light to medium, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, faint metal and hoppyness. Finish is short to average, malty - lightly grainy and dryish, faint bread with light metal and hoppyness. "Kellerbier" with notes of sharp metal - not so enjoyable.

Bottled @ Bierkoning. Small sample. The aroma has grass, some butter. Copper coloured beer with a thin head. The taste is light bitter, has some sweetness, maltiness, grass/hay. Not too good.

A grassy-lemony, spicy-bitter, hazy yellow-gold pils-like beauty. Leans dry and very lightly acidic, with a light grainy malt base in the dark green shadow of its hop character. I find the low ratings baffling here, possibly a geeky reaction to the beer’s thankfully wide availability. Or, opinions are like assholes and so am I.

Bought from Alnatura. Pours hazy light gold. Sweet and floral nose. Taste is quite bitter for a Keller and has some Melissa overtones. Quite well balanced against the usual sweetness of a Kellerbier. Good beer.

Aroma: malty and herbs -- very weak. Appearance: hazy straw color, weak white head. Taste: medium bitterness (herbs), floral and herbal notes, quite dry and watery. Palate: low body and medium carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: Quite disappointing beer. I expected something more, especially that they used several pretty good kinds of hops.

Gyllengul öl med vitt skum. Gräs, hö, viss maltighet och lätt blomighet. Malten mer framträdande i smaken tillsammans med lätta citrustoner och en gräsig beska.

4.7% version. Light yellow opaque beer with creamy white head leaving lacing. Aroma has quite strong diacetyl with pale malts, grassy hops, yeast and some crisp citrus. Flavor is malty, dry grainy and slightly fruity with some yeast. Palate is quite thin with quite high carbonation. Finishes with a moderately strong bite of bitterness with aftertaste of grass and some fruity yeastiness. Decent, tasty and refreshing, just a bit watery. The fruityness is a bit like hefeweizens.
