from Berlin trip, 6 pack. Pour pale yellow with medium white foam. Aroma of sweet malt, light hopping, far away lime. Taste the same, medium spicy on tongue. Above average carbonation, medium dry finish. Overall very nice, pleasant drinkable brew. No defects comes out to me so - in category "could be repeated".

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
500 ml bottle, bought in Germany in a six pack of Stortebeker beers. Poured into a pilsner glass. ABV 4.9%
Pale gyellow golden colour, with lots of bubbles rising continuously to the surface. On top of the beer a snow white head, soapy and with very good retention. Light lacing on the glass, while the foal persists and covers the surface after most of it has disappeared.
Aroma mostly of malts and wet hay. Not too appealing but not offensive either. Lack of hops on the aroma though.
Hops are notable on the taste thankfully, offering a bitter taste from the very beginning. A light apples taste as well, although it’s hidden under tons of malts and, once again, wet hay taste.
Nice carbonation, not too faint, not too much, along with a medium thin body. QUite dry on the palate.
Overall, a nice example of a pilsner, a little bit above average, very easily and pleasantly drinkable.
