0.5l bottle from OB Sydney. Looks like a Schneider Weisse Original with a cloudy brown body and average-sized cream-white head for the style (if you consider this to be a wheat beer). Nose has strong over-ripe bananas and caramel with a softer clove-like spiciness and fresh rye bread in there as well. Flavour is medium sweet with a subtle dry smokiness to the finish and a light bitterness. Palate is spritely with a medium body. I consider this beer to be a satisfactory dunkelweizen but no more.

Bottle 50cl. Pours a fruit brown color with a white head. Pretty carbonated. Aroma has pear, banana, pineapple, and cabbage. Gives also associations to new plastic toys, gasoline and meat. Flavour is more down to earth fruits. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPad
