mørk brunlig måske grumset. Pæn flot skum fløde med let karamel duft. , smag krydret måske fornemmes en let appelsinsmag, krydderi....? brændt korn.......elsker smagen..

UPDATED: MAR 1, 2012 Bottle. Hazy orange colour with a big of -white head. Sweet wheaty aroma with some banana. A bit unusual spicy flavour with sweet weat/banana.

Hazy orange with a big off-white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, caramel, banana and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Soft. 151211

Pours a dark brown with a fizzy off white top. Aroma is roasted malts and wheat. Taste is a roasted up front finishing with a nice chewy mouthfeel and wheat and yeast taste. Best on yet for this brewery.

Bottle. Unclear amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour of banana, spice, yeast, malt and wheat.

bottle - dark hazy brown beer with a beige head. Nice banana aroma with faint hints of bread. Flavour is quite sweet with a light bitterness. Little bit watery. Medium carbonation.

Bottle by 06.07.12. Candyish caramel and toffee with a little wheat in the nose, and yeah, there’s that spicy rye! Cloudy amber-copper pour with a huge, tiny-bubbled and rocky tan head. Taste is sweet with wheat and rye, spicy yeast and mineral content. Sweet banana tones come late, joined by very strong orange peel. Oh, and there’s the bubblegum. And, unfortunately, a hint of rubber/plastic. Medium body is super creamy. Very surprised by this, takes us in a different direction, and I think it’s a good one -- just a bit too sweet for the sixer.

Pours hazy copper with a nice weiss head. Aroma of banana bread and a slightly lactic sourness. Flavor of banana with a bitter grassiness. Aftertaste is a bit sweet.

UPDATED: NOV 7, 2011 (Falsche in ein Weißbierglas gefüllt) Mit einem hellen Braun und einer feinen Hefetrübung hat es eine feine weiße Schaumkrone. Es hat ein sehr leichtes Aroma, das mazlig-hefig riecht. Der Geschmack ist vollmundig und leicht malzig mit einem breiten Abgang.Die Bittere ist kaum vorhanden und auf der Zunge bleibt ein leicht unangenehmer Geschmack haften. Zusammenfassend gibt es keine Fehlaromen aber trotzdem ist das kein Bier meiner Wahl.

Bottle. Murky brown pour, solid white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity, with peach and banana. Flavor is actually less sweet than I expected, somewhat grainy, a bit bitter and some licorice and spices in the finish. Interesting brew, but a bit strange.
