Aroma: Smelling of bread, dates, coffee and licorice.
Appearance: A hazy brown colored beer. An off-white head with good lacing and some curtains.
Taste: Tasting of dark toasted bread, figs, coffee and some soy sauce.
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A small body with a somewhat dry finish.
Overall: Very average.

Pour dark brown, with a small semi-offwhite head.
Aroma of nuts, sour caramel, old hops. Taste is a little bitter. Average bodied, with a semi fizzy carb.

50 cl. bottle. Dark, brown colour with a small, white head that fades completely. Aroma has chocolate and roasted malts, hints of milk(-chocolate) and vanilla. Taste is medium sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture. Average carbonation. Short, roasted finish with hints of cocoa, chocolate milk and vanilla. A straightforward schwartzbier.

Mörk, mörk brun, nästan svart med röda toner. Cappuccinofärgat skum. Mörkt bröd, svagt kaffe, lingon och mörk choklad i aromen. Kolsyrig munkänsla. Sen är det röda bär, mörk choklad och kavring i smaken. Inte alls dumt.

Black color with red flashes, untransparent, beige small rapidly falling head. Medium carbonation, medium body, creamy. Medium long, roasted finish. Aroma: Chocolate, wood, hops, nuts?, a little bit sweet. Taste: Dark chocolate, roasty malts. roasted bitterness, slightly hoppy

Mörkt mörkt brun med lusbeige skum. Doft av mörkt bröd, snäll kokaffe, japansk soja och mjölkchoklad. Lätt kropp, fina rena smaker som väldigt snabbt tonar bort, obetydlig beska, välbalanserad sötma. Mörkt bröd, brödkryddor och lite choklad. Helt okej, men jag tror fortfarande inte riktigt jag fått kläm på stilen. Känns som väl snarlik en dunkel. Men roligt att man kan göra ett mörkt öl så pass lätt.

Smak och doft av bränt socker, karamell, utspätt kaffe och choklad. Len och krämig. Känslan är lite som en utspädd porter. Inte min kopp te.

Rich mellow roast in the aroma, toasty and inviting. Super soft palate, gentle carbonation. Really rich sweet dark roast in the taste. Super mellow. Great schwarz, one of the best, avoiding the excessive sweetness that some other German breweries use for the style.

Bottle. Sweet malty taste of caramel. 2 fingers beige head. Taste: roasted, sweet, burnt.

0.5l bottle shared with The Tasting Crew. This is a dark brow one with a medium sized brown-beige head. On the nose I get soft sweet chocolate and cocoa powder, some light dry roastiness with a biscuity sweetness. Actually quite alright. In taste this was also quite alright and flavorful for a schwarz. Biscuits and chocolate, cappuccino powder, cinnamon. Somewhat thin oily on the mouthfeel with a comfortable small prickling carbonation level. It has a hint of something softly acidic in the finish.
