Serve in Lager glass

In the glass, strong golden with little foam. Smells hoppy and grainy, slightly bitter. Starts malty and sour, slightly hoppy sweet in the background, also very grainy. The middle part is hoppy-sweet, slightly grainy. Goes into a hopy-sweet, malty and grainy finish.

Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, moderate hoppy, grass, light flowers. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, grass - flowers, sweet malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Geruch bedeckt, herb-getreidig. Antrunk moderat bitter-herb. Mittelteil getreidig-würzig, süßlich und leicht aromatisch. Abgang etwas stärker nachbitternd. Gutes Helles! Erstaunlich.

50cl bottle from Bierzwerg. Poured golden color with a white head. Grainy malty aroma. Flavor is sweet malt, grain and some bread. Bit too sweet to be enjoyable. Low bitterness.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some grains and mild hay and grass as well. Flavour is bready malts, some grains, grass, some hay and mild rubbery notes as well.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear golden yellow. Malty flavours dominate, some rather shy hops blend in towards the finish. Unspectacular, but good.

Bottle from Bierzwerg. Light golden color with medium white head. Aroma of grain, grass, malt. Taste pretty the same. Bittersweet finish. Not bad.
