bottle. Clear deep golden yellow colour, large white head. Malty nose. Fruity and very malty with a dry and hoppy finish. There is an interesting but shy note of salt present. Smooth mouthfeel - a pleasant brew.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts strong and spicy, more dry than sweet. Good use of hops. Well balanced finish. Good!

Bottle 50cl from Quack-Duck thanks, a clear yellow beer with huge head. Nose is hopy and vegetable like. A sweet and malty beer with grassy hops and metallic hints, a good helles, finish has nice malty notes.

Malzwürziger, süßlicher Geruch. Antrunk süßlich, schon bald malzwürzige Töne, delikat. Abgang malzig mit marzipanartigen Tönen. Sauberes Bier.

Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, fruity, sweet alcohol notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, malty, grassy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110914]

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head, that vanishes quite quickly. Aroma is mild floral notes along with rather much bready and grainy notes with some slight grassy and hayish hops as well. Flavour is hay, grains, some bready malts as well as some slight notes of earth and herbs.

It’s slightly hazy, warm yellow-golden with a white head. The aroma is mild with notes of malt, light straw and hints of flower . The flavour is slightly sweet and equally mild with notes of malt, light straw and hints of flower. The alcohol is well hidden. The finish is dry with a light bitterness.

500ml bottle mindestens haltbar bis: 16.11.11. It has some very nice packaging. I will say that. It pours a clear, deep gold with a white head that dissipates quickly with no lacing. The smell has a luring aroma. It is almost fruity but nor, it is mysterious and keeps you coming back for more. It has a bit of sugar and alcohol presence too. The flavor is quite malty, but on the breadier side. There is some sweetness here but it isnt overpowering. For the abv it is surprisingly mild. It has some nuttiness and some bitterness but overall it tastes like a much less abv beer. It is an oddity, it isn’t a helles or a bock or a maerzen, it is just kind of a decent golden lager.

Bottle from Bierzwerg. Golden color with huge white head. Aroma of sweet malt, grain and some fruitiness. Taste, starts sweet malty, than continues with red fruit touch, long bittersweet finish. Refreshing, drinkable.
