(bottle) pours a murky dark amber-brown colour with a frothy light beige head. aroma of lightly roasted wheat, vanilla, peanuts, toffee and light coconut shavings. flavour is mostly wheat, heavy redcurrants and wheat, with notes of lightly toasted malts. slightly watery body with average carbonation.

It’s unclear brown with a huge, creamy head. The aroma and the sweet flavor has notes of yeast,wheat, caramel, light fruit, and the finish is slightly dry and roasted. A nice dunkle weisse.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Ins Glas ergießt sich ein tief dunkelbraunes Weizen mit flacher, kurzlebiger Cremekrone. Der Geruch ist nussig hefig, dezent röstmalzig. Der Antrunk erfolgt dann dominant hefig und röstmalzig, mit leicht bitter-herbem Einschlag. Der Abgang ist langgezogen röstig-herb, wieder mit leicht nussigem Aroma. Die Mitte wird etwas milder, die Röstaromen dominieren hier! Typisches dunkles HW ohne nennenswerte Schwächen und Stärken.

Clear dark amber mahogany colour with small off-white head. Wheat, yeast, caramel, dry grass, nuts, wood, banana and some sweetness in quite interesting aroma. Flavour is dryish wheat, mild yeast, ripe banana sweetness and some fruitiness. Very drinkable and actually surprisingly good. Nice balance between dryness and sweetness.

Nelkenfruchtiger, hefiger Geruch. Antrunk nelkig-fruchtig. Mitte malzwürzig; im Hintergrund fruchtig. Hefig-würziger Abgang. Schönes Dunkelweizen mit Kaugummiaroma.

Hazzy matt medium to dark amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, caramel, wheat, moderate yeasty, phenol - yeast, fruity - banana notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, banana, caramel, yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery to creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110827]

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Deep hazy mahogany ambery/brown colour with a mediumsized beige fluffy head. Aroma is wheat, raisins, some slight fruity notes as well as mild toffee and caramel. Flavour is fruits, wheat, toffee, some caramel and mild yeasty notes as well. A bit thin in the palate.

Bottled from Bierzwerg. Hazy brown color with huge white head. Aroma, of coffee, caramel, red fruit, cloves. Taste, surprisingly little bit sour, light banana, fruity, bittersweet finish. Good.
