0,50cl, Doppel/Bock sampler Bayern. - tasty, lightly drinkable banana-almond-clove cake of a beer. Pumped up Dunkelweisse, full of natural spiced and sweet flavours, some milk chocolate. Curiously both full, smooth and still watery.

Bottle: Deep chestnut-amber coloured, big stable creamy off-white head, sweet caramelly-fruity nose with a very delicate wheaty-sourish background; moderate to solid sweet flavour with a delicate tart bitterness, medium bodied, creamy MF; fruit-cake-like finish with a little balancing tartness. A bit too sweet, but still pleasant…

500 ml bottle. MT2. BB 30/04/13. From mein-biershop.de.
Murky brown colour with the huuuge off-white head. Tartness, mild alcohol, wheat, caramel, grain and mild sourness in the aroma. The flavour is caramel sweetness, alcohol, grainy malt... hmm... strong and heavy. Not necessarily very fresh or tasty.

(bottle) Cloudy, dark brown colour with a ruby shine and a big and slightly tanned foamy head. Slightly acidic berry-fruity aroma with wheat and mildly toasted malt in the background. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Delicately toasted malty and wheaty taste with hints of caramel, dried berries and phenolic spices; sweet and slightly sour-fruity finish without noticeable hints of alcohol. Drinkable Weizenbock, not the best one of its kind. 13.II.13
