COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This uniquely American beer offers a crisp, medium-body with a light amber color. It is assertively hopped with Pacific Northwest Cascades for a firm bitterness and delightfully floral aroma.

Tasted from a bottle. It had a foul smelling aroma that mellowed out to ok at best. Cloudy amber color with a bitter taste.

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a nice looking slightly pale hazy orange color with some light descending streams of golden yellow rippling through the beer along the sides. The head had a nice one finger white foaminess that displayed a nice beauty to show a super nice foamy rockiness over top of the beer glass. The smell was intricate through some nice piney to slightly spicy features to mark their turf underneath my nose. The taste had a nice full sweet to bitter pine blended very nicely with a light citrus sweet to bitter hoppiness. There was a super nice citrusy somewhat spicy aftertaste and a dry finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was sharp but delicately woven into the blend of the intricacies of the body. Overall, what a surprise to find such a great APA from this little known brewery in Eastern PA. This is well worthy of having again.

Transfer from BA review from 6-18-12 - Poured from bottle into mug pint glass Appearance – The beer pours a lighter golden color with a medium white head. The head faded relativly fast leaving a lighter amount of lacing. Smell – The smell is of barley malt as well as hints of caramel. Mixed with these are some floral and citrus hop aromas. They are lighter overall, but blend well. Taste – The taste begins a little sweeter with a bready base. Toward the middle some of the sweetness fades as a light citrus hop flavor comes to the tongue. At the end a lighter bready flavor mixed with the citrus linger on the tongue and leave a refreshing, crisp, flavor on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is light to average in nature with the carbonation being on the higher side. The thinner body and higher carbonation both create and enhance the easy drinking style of the brew. Overall – Good easy drinking brew with a good set of flavors. While the flavors and aromas are lighter in nature (one of the reasons it is so easy drinking) they all meld well and create a nice brew.

At a tasting, thanks zvikar, s,allish head, hazy and a little light orange colour, citrusy herbal aroma, fruity honey candy flavour, medium bitternes, pronouncable sweetness that is a bit of a bother. Drinkable but nothing out of the ordinary.

Pours hazy golden, two finger head with moderate lacing. Aroma of pine, grapefruit. Taste is nicely bitter well balanced with the malt sweetness. Medium body, highly carbonated, slightly creamy. Finishes crisp with lots of citrus and a hint herbal. Good American Pale Ale.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks zvikar. Hazy deep golden,. Aroma of citric hops, rather stale, and some malt. Flavort has light sweetish maltiness, citric hops, a bit stale and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Not fresh enough.
