Jan 22, 2007 Bottle: VERY HOPPY. One of the hoppiest beers I’ve ever had. First taste is bitter, but this beer is a good one. Sticky like feeling left in mouth. Enjoyed.

Jan 21, 2007 Bottle conditioned. Aroma of pine and citrus. Mostly pine. Hazy apricot color with a white head that didn’t stay long. Firm mouthfeel that breaks down quickly. Starts fairly balanced, but the malt quickly and sweetly dominates. After awhile the sugars go, and there is a nice hoppy bitterness. Hard to believe it’s 75 IBUs; malt gets in the way. Very good drink. No reason it should be like the other DIPAs, and it isn’t. Should be interesting to age one for a few years.

Simple IPA with a prominent hops profile, producing dominant hop flavors with little complexity. It’s a bit thin and doesn’t have enough going on for me. But if it’s the only DIPA/IIPA available i will gladly drink it.

Jan 18, 2007 I thought this was a very tasty beer, especially for something with such a high alcohol content. I was slightly dissapointed because the malts seemed to overpower the hops. It was still very good and I will certainly buy it again.

Jan 11, 2007 Amber color. It’s the kind of sweetish Pale Ale, with some hopping but not particularly aromatic. Very simple.

Dec 23, 2006 Bottle from Total Wine, shows a brew date of 7/5/06. Pours a copper like color with a minimal white head. Light aroma of citrus and hops. Has a nice sweetness to it with hops, but does not display the devastating alcohol content. Also, this finishes nice without a massive bite from the alcohol, just a slight tinge. This will get ya drunk!
