Pours a clear pale yellow with a medium white head...lively...nice lacing. aroma of straw and grass. Flavor follows suit with straw and good grassiness...slightly sweet malt notes. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is faintly grassy and abrupt.

Clear gold color with a good head and lace. Nice to look at. Taste is a light grassy caramel malt with very mild hop bittering throughout. The finish maintains the 50-50 malt-hop balance. Overall, good, but not a lot of flavor or variety.

Straw very light golden yellow, very clear light in color, a fluffy good creamy and puffy white head, leaving a good thick fluffy and sticky white lacing.Very bubbly, sparkly bubbles rise up like champagne.
A nice clean nose of grains, light barley/malt, super crispness and a refreshing very faint hops and carbonation. What a good lager should be.
Crisp, clean and refreshing mouth, with light notes of grains, light malt. No hop notes to speak of here. This is a lager, after all. Not very exciting, but what lager is?? Speaking of German lagers, this does not quite come close to a good German lager, let alone pilsener.
Overall, a good if just another bland and boring lager. Certainly miles better than the mass-produced BMC swills of the world, but those wanting more flavor and substance should look elsewhere. Victory’s Prima Pils is a lot better than this.

Bottle. Thanks Brian. Poured a gold clear color, almost no head. aroma of caramel and bread malt. Definitetly a malty aroma. Med light bitter, light sweetness. Not bad. Full malty taste and bread and grains.

12 ounce bottle thanks to Dan. Pours a cloudy golden hue with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet grains and honey. A smooth flavor with light pears, some honey and a dry almost funky finish. Good and refreshing.

Stoudts Gold has a sweet, biscuity, clean aroma and a slightly hazy (sediment at the bottom of the bottle) golden appearance, with lots of streaming bubbles but zero lace and a super-thin, white head. The taste is of sweet, lightly-roasted barley malt and a little zing of hops at the end of the sip. This beer is very nicely balanced, and the mouthfeel is light and watery. Stoudts Gold finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, and easy drinking. Overall, this is an excellent beer, and I strongly recommend it.

12oz bottle in a shaker. Pours light golden with a fluffy, off-white head. Aroma of light pale malts and some bitterness from the hops. Hoppier than most of this style. Average texture. A not bad beer.

12 oz bottle. Clear pale yellow with a chunky white head. Subtle nose offering hints of peach, butterscotch pudding and white pepper. Medium light with mild carb; kind of creamy. Taste is softly sweet, parsley and lemon pith. Simple and clean with a fresh rustic feel. Need some more.
