COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
McGillin’s 1860 IPA, is unfiltered, as it would have been in the 1800s, and is made from a secret recipe with multiple hop varieties including centennial and amarillo. A crisp hop flavor and aroma with a slight maltness and medium body round off this quaffable ale.

12 oz bottle poured into a pint glass produced a two finger white head that stays around. This sits on top of a clear golden colored ale. This must be a fresh sample because the hop aroma is great. There is a nice citrus /grassy aroma that filled my head. The flavor is what I look for from an IPA slight sweet start with a dry bitter finish. It had ample carbonation and was light and crisp in the mouth A good drinking IPA well worth the try, I could easily session this brew and would if I had more

Tap at Stoudts. Pours a lightly hazy orange amber with a medium creamy/bubbly white head that left a bunch of sticky lacing. Aroma of fresh orangey hops, caramel malt sweetness and floral notes. Flavor the same orangey hop notes complimented with a heavy dose of caramel malt.

12oz bottle into my Orval glass...Pours a light copper off white head that is very bubbly, light retention but very good lacing...Super light aroma, a little hops, malt caramel finish...The taste is really nice, super easy to drink but nothing that really blows me away, but yet I’m crushing it really fast. Light hop finish is nice send off. Nothing special but an easy to drink ipa, worth a shot if you see at the bar.
