Sampled at the brewery on 2/20/10. Pours light yellow with bubbly white head. Absolutely gorgeous effervescence. Aroma is a littel bready with typical saaz aroma. Very clean, light drinkable pils, but almost too dry on the tongue. Solid example of the style.

Light gold pour white medium white head. Not much smell, citrus and grass maybe? Taste is kinda bland malt with a light bitter finish. I am underwhelmed.

(12 ounce bottle - pint glass) Pours a translucent, yellow liquid with decent head which leads to a good lace. Aroma is of earthy, floral hops with an almost bland barley malt. Taste has a earthy floral hop characteristic. Bitter finish and average carbonation.

Lightly hazed straw colored body topped by a white clingy head. Aroma is bready with light grassiness. Flavor is lightly sweet with a really nice bittering profile. Light lively palate. Especially considering that this beer has been lurking in the back of my beer fridge since this past summer it is quite nice. Fresh and on draft would be killer I bet.

Bottle. Pours a golden body with a white head. Malty with some earth y tones, some light pine, herbs, hints of spices. Malt body with a light sweetness then drying out earth tones. Thin and sessionable, nice pils.

On tap at Paradiso in Dupont Circle. Pours a clear yellow. Spritzy. Thin but rocky white head that has good retention and leaves good lacing. Aroma is grain, lemon, floral hops. Taste brings a big hoppy Saaz metallic bite. A bit soapy but good nevertheless. Dry aftertaste. A bit oily on the palate. Simple. Excellent.

Golden blonde covered with a full, creamy, frothy, shaving cream foam head. Decent grainy and restrained hop aroma with hins of corn. Unfortunately, the body is heavily influenced by Czech Saaz hops--not a favorite of mine. Crisp body with a grainy-sour finish.
