Bottle: really good pilsener. Light malt and average hop aroma. Lively palate with a moderate hop flavor.

Bottle. Sour barley malt aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with minimal head. Light barley malt and strong pine hops flavor. A nice beer but way hoppier than most other German pilseners. An India Pale Lager.

not as good a beer as their other styles, hops are too assertive for the flavor profile as well as being a dry beer. However they do describe the beer to a tee. My taste runs toward the sweeter pils.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a good size white head. The aroma is sweet caramel malt with notes of citrus and vanilla. The flavor has light citrus early that gives way to caramel malts and grass. This one is pretty dry. Not bad; pilsners just aren’t my thing.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2008 Sweet bready and biscuity aroma. A little fruity/earthy also. Smells reminiscient of a Paulaner or Bitburger. Pale gold with a small white head with nice lacing. Flavor is sweet initially maltiness accompanied by a peppery crisp hoppiness. Finishes crisp, but does have a lingering sweetness. I just had a Drakes Pilsner, and this definitley has a little more body and is a little less thirst quenching. Still, it is a nice beer, but I think I enjoy Paulaner or Bitburger a little more.

12 oz. bottle from MrBendo. I had wanted to try this one for awhile. Pour is clear, light golden with a medium white head. Aroma is earthy / grainy with some hoppiness. Taste is very smooth, with a nice edge with the Pilsener hoppiness accenting the finish. Very drinkable beer, and perfect for a warm summer night.

POurs straw yellow gold with a medium head. Aroma shows the hops and yeats flavors. The mouthfeel and palate show the crisp and dry yest flavors that roll into the fuller hop/malt finish.

Bottle. Pours clear light gold with a medium white head. Aroma is grain, and a bit of mustiness, as well as sharp hops. Nice contrast. The flavor is again grainy, with the hops really used well for a nice bittering before the quick dry finish.
