COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The driest and most delicate of our lagers. Stoudt’s Pils is characteristic of the traditional European Pilseners. Straw-yellow and assertively hopped with Saaz hops, this frequent medal winner has a refreshing bitterness and refined hop aroma.

UPDATED: AUG 22, 2011 Golden body, no head (again, perhaps poured too early at tasting), light malt, floral hops, salty and bitter finish. Not my favorite pils ... any of the Victory pils line would be better ... but quite drinkable. // Rerated from a more careful pour, my own. Good head, good pils character, bone dry and well hopped. Much nicer than I remembered.

UPDATED: FEB 4, 2007 Ami Beer No. 250. Bottle. Delicious sticky malt and floral hop aroma. Pale golden pour with a foamy white head that likes to adhere. Bitter grassy taste, lightly malty with some Saaz poking through. Very dry with some light breadiness. Thin body and a dry grassy aftertaste. A winner!

Pours golden yellow with a white lacing head. Lightly hopped nose, with touches of lemon and grass. The taste is similar, with a lightly bitter finish.

Clear yellow with a large head. Spare lacing. Aroma is sweet malt (pils), apricot and grassy hops. Light body. Citrus comes through with a nicely bitter aftertaste.

Bottle, poured a clear hay color with a thick white head. Nice noble hop aroma, quite delicate. Crsip dry flavor with a clean bitterness and bite. Very refreshing, medium mouthfeel and a dry finish. Nice pils.

A pretty good pils. Lots o’ hops and lots o’ malt. Crisp and clean.

A yellow beer with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet malty with hints of caramel. The flavor is nice with a good mix of malt and hops - my guess is Saaz, giving it light citurs notes, and a dry bitter end.

12 oz.bottle. Clear gold with a durable white head and nice lace. Grassy, grainy, and floral aromas. Medium body, ively effervescence. Bitter throughout, little malt character, and a clean bitter finish.
