COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A full bodied ale has a deep reddish amber color with a thick creamy head. Pungent hop flavors are derived from 3 different varieties of domestically grown hops. This ale finishes on the dry side with a wonderful citrus hop flavor. 6.2% abv

Great ruby red/brown appearance. Sweet (but not too sweet) malty aroma... maybe with a hint of pungent funk. A light IPA taste with a slight pungent flavor and fairly drinkable. I like it.

12oz bottle: Pours a clear deep copper amber with a stringy-lacing off-white head. Has a lightly sweet toasty dark caramel nose with some light citrus notes and mild oxidation. Starts with average fullness and sweet caramel malts with a decent amount of grassy and citrus hop flavor before a drier bittersweet finish. Body has a little more oxidation than I’d like and the bottle is fairly fresh.

Draft at Eulogy. Poured a clear dark orange red brown with a large foamy head. Medium hops meet medium malt. Juicy red fruits. Plums. Strawberries. Caramel apple. Some floral notes, even some earthy notes might be hiding in there, but mostly a gentle brown sugared IPA. Medium-light body but the sugar makes it feel fuller.

12oz bottle drank at Artisans. Poured a clear deep red/amber with a smaller light beige foamy head. Aroma is nice and hoppy some slight pineapple juice and toast. Fuller bodied with a big mouthfeel and stronger carbonation. Flavor is no where near as hoppy as the aroma, notes of grains and cereal, hop cones, seltzer, dry caramel and dry molassess. Meh, aroma starts off solid but falls off big time in the aroma.
