On tap at Ortinos Northside. Pours a hazy golden/orange with a medium bubbly/creamy white head. Aroma of peaches, orange zest, spicy, biscuit and some green apple. Flavor of peach, peppery, tropical fruits, apple, bready, malty sweetness and nice carbonation.

Pours a cloudy golden orange color with foamy white head. Spicy citrus aroma with a strong lemon juice presence. Flavor very similar to aroma wit lots of lemon flavor as well as a strong spicy pepper flavor.

[Draft @ TND] Poured a hazy pale golden color with a small white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus fruits, coriander, vanilla, and yeast. Taste of toffee, citrus, light orange peel, and a bit of yeast in the finish.

Draft at Stoudt’s, brewer’s reserve. Pours hazy medium golden with 1-finger fluffy white head. Aroma of yeasty pale candi sugary malt, spicy florals, and funky yeasty notes. Medium, fizzy palate, with flavors of candi sugar, floral spices, and some funky mid-palate notes. Very nicely done.

Sampled at the Brewery. The latest of a brewers reserve release. Poured light and cloudy with good head. Very nice complex taste. Hints of spice, yeast and fruityness. I hope this one is brewed more often. It was a great Saison!
