| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 15, 2006 Poured a clear copper hue with a white head which dimisinshed rather slowly. Had a nice malty aroma with mainly bread like notes mixed with a nice honey balance and a floral hop background. Flavor was mildly sweet with honey notes a pleasnt hop bite which was mild and not too overpowering. Drink was really easy and smooth. It was rather mild but still good. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 13, 2006 Aroma is malty, but ever so slightly toasty..warm smelling really whcih gives it a baked bread smell. Some herbal accented hops (I assume it is hops) are also present. Body is a rich amber and holds a thumb thick tan head that is mostly lasting. Sweet but subtle malt is even in intenisty from start to finish. Light hops ride atop and balance the malt nicely. It’s kind of plain, but in a nice, easy drinking way that I find enjoyable. The ever so slightly toasted bread/biscuit notes are just damn comforting. Fergz99 (17), Phila, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 7, 2006 Another average beer that didn’t stand out. This had a somewhat funky aroma, maybe a little grassy and oddly sweet. The flavor was malty, some caramel, but definite grassy hops in the flavor profile. Better as it warmed, but nothing to write home about. Base was somewhat sweet and moderately bodied (somewhat creamy) for an esb. HopBackDoc (393), Hatboro, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 6, 2006 Nicely balanced ESB with a red hue and mild foam head. Easy drinking beer, not to bitter, but still delivers a bite. Nice beer to have if you plan on having a few. nick76 (2648), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 29, 2006 The aroma has cream soda, caramel, and herbal hops. The appearance is red - brown with a medium head. The flavor is sweet; it has caramel with some bitterness. The palate is ok. This is likeable and easy to drink but not Extra Special.
